Mural with stamped text, thread, and nails.

Using a military stamp kit, I spent close to ten hours stamping 5 variations of the sentence "I wish you did not" directly onto a wall, one letter at a time. The variations went as follows: "I wish you did not. You wish I did not. I did not wish you. You did not wish I. You, I did not wish." I then masked the text with a thread. The viewers were invited to move apart the thread so as to read the text.
